Stila's CEO is Daniel M. Annese—as of April 16, 2026.

There have been several changes in leadership at Stila Cosmetics lately. Daniel M. Annese took over as Stila’s CEO on April 16th, and he will lead the next phase of growth for the global artistry beauty brand.

Annese will build “on his longstanding relationship with the company as a Board Advisor over the past three years,” Stila’s press release states.

Since 2024, Stila has been setting its sights on reviving the brand, Forbes reports, by putting together a new team. The brand has a 30-year legacy of developing iconic products and innovative packaging. In March of last year, Stila named a new CFO and COO.

“Stila is a remarkable brand with a powerful heritage inspired by innovation, creativity and artistry,” says Annese. “I’m honored to step into this role and build on the momentum already in place as we continue to evolve the brand, accelerate innovation, and expand our global reach.”

Annese is an experienced leader with more than 25 years of beauty industry experience. During an extensive tenure at The Estée Lauder Companies, he served as Global Brand President, overseeing Estée Lauder, Tom Ford Beauty, Too Faced Cosmetics, and other brands.

Stila Cosmetics says the appointment reaffirms its continued commitment to advance its strategic initiatives across product, marketing, and global distribution channels.
